Long application forms no longer lose draft state on refresh

What's new

• Reliable draft autosave — in-progress answers are preserved across refreshes and accidental navigation.
• No more lost work — applicants pick up exactly where they left off.

Why it matters

Long forms are where applicants drop off. Losing a half-finished application to a stray refresh is the worst possible reason to lose a candidate — this closes that gap.
